mit der Neueröffnung im September 2004 ermöglicht die Sennerei Drei Zinnen
ihren Gästen erstmals einen Einblick in die Welt der Käseherstellung und Milchverarbeitung.
Nach einem informativen Blick auf Geschichte und Entstehung der Käseherstellung im
Museumsbereich kann unter fachkundiger Führung die Produktion besichtigt werden.
Natürlich besteht die Möglichkeit die Produkte der Sennerei im Anschluss zu verkosten.

with the opening of in september 2004 the alpine dairy "Drei Zinnen" offers
for the first time the possibility to visit the production of cheese and dairy processing.
After taking a view on the history and development of cheesemaking in the museum
the production can be visited on a guided tour.
Certainly all the products of the alpine dairy can be degustated afterwards.
